Well I'm here at last, better late than never eh?  Before I go any further and then forget (yep senior moments are coming thick and fast) just a reminder that I'm on Create and Craft TV tomorrow at 5pm with Kuretake pens and inks. It could be a fast and furious show as I have so many techniques I would love to show, but whether or not I get a chance to show them all will remain to be seen. Here is a sneak peak at a couple of the samples for the show.
Also a little reminder that I will be back at Create and Craft TV next Sunday too, this time for Creative Expressions.  So you see why I have been so busy and not been updating my blog.  The housework has also been just as neglected...... heck who am I kidding, that's always neglected lol

Another bit of news is that Creative Expressions have just launched a new project book, and very swish and stylish it is too.  It has both easy and more technical projects to do, all fully photographed and comprehensive instructions. Sue Wilson, Julia Watts, Hels and myself are just a few of the contributors.  It's available at all good Creative Expressions stockists, Country View Crafts have it in stock so why not check it out.

Here are some samples form the Monkton Elm Garden Centre Demo
Here are some samples from the last Clarity Stamp show, once again some of the photo's have gone a wondering off into the sunset never to be seen again. I'm not happy bunny!!!
Sorry some of the images are not very good I'm afraid.

best go now, I've got the Sunday roast to cook and I'm already late starting it.  That's another late tea then!

Hello there, here I am again and I have some news.  I've been asked to do some Create and Craft shows by Creative Expressions and Kuretake, so including the deColourant shows I already do I'm going to be clocking up few miles driving backwards and forwards .  Keep an eye on left side bar for dates etc.

Nikky has a fabulous competition this month over at the Studio 12 blog, she's giving away £50 worth of Polka Doodles goodies, so head on over to the blog and get entering, you never know you may just be the lucky one.  There's also an international design team call for the Polka Doodles DT. There's still some time to apply so if you live outside the UK and fancy a shot send your details to Nikky.

I'll be at Monkton Elm Garden Centre Taunton next Saturday demonstrating.  It's a lovely place to visit and it has a fantastic demo area.  If you live in the area and have some free time pop along and say hi.

A Couple of DT cards for Studio 12.  Both use the Studio 12 Picknix Gingerbread Twist CD

Hand painted deColourant plus and stamped deColourant on inked card
Thermafax Screens on handmade paper using deColourant plus.
Well I'm off to bed now, my body clock is all up the creak again.  I do hate it when the clock changes.

Happy crafting.

Friday, 19 October 2012

Hi all, sorry it's been a bit of a gap again.  I have been away on holiday, don't faint now it's been years since I last had a holiday and boy did I need it.  I went with friends and we celebrated a 50th birthday (not mine in case your were wondering, I've a couple of years to go yet).  Colin stayed at home to look after the animals, what a little gem he is, he even gave me his stashed Le Mans Euros so I had some spending money.  And I did spend it lol.  Well it would be rude not to, wouldn't it?

I'm on Create and Craft tomorrow (Sat 20th) at 4pm with deColourant, I'll be using Thermofax screens tomorrow, Oh my it works incredibly well through them and you can get some stunning results.

I'll also be demonstrating for Creative Expressions the following Saturday (27th) at Squires Garden Centre, Shepperton, and the Saturday after that (3rd Nov) at Monkton Elm Garden Centre, Taunton.  If you are in either of these areas pop along and say Hi.

Don't forget to check out the Polka Doodles and the Studio 12 blogs, there's some great inspiration on there and don't forget the comps for some goodies.  Talking of Goodies, Nikky has some lovely new crafty stash at Polka Doodles and the Emma Canning digis are so cute, perfect for your alcohol pens or paper piecing.

Here is a crimbo card made with Studio 12 Gingerbread Twist CD  I used Copics and stickles on the trees and snowman
Below are a few Clarity Stamp samples, I seem to have lost the rest of the photos which is a tad annoying but there's not much I can do about it now

Right I'd better get to bed, it's an early morning and long Journey up to Peterborough tomorrow.
